Solgar Cod Liver Oil is an easy to take softgel, naturally combining Omega 3 fatty acids with Vitamins A and D.   

Cod Liver oil has traditionally used to support the immune system during winter.  We have since learnt that Vitamin D, helps encourage the immune system and vitamin A helps protect mucous membranes. But they are both important for healthy skin, eyes and bone health.  Omega 3, a healthy fat, with many functions including cholesterol balance and helping dry skin. 
Solgar Cod Liver sources from sustainably sourced wild caught deep water fish is molecularly distilled to ensure purity and quality.     

Each Softgel Provides:

 

Cod Liver Oil 462 mg 

 

Also contains: Gelatin (from bovine) and vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil & coconut oil)

 

Each softgel capsule typically provides:

 

Vitamin A (1250iu) 375ug
Vitamin D (135iu) 3.4 ug
Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 28mg
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 28mg

 

RAE (retinol activity equivalents) for vitamin A value is on the label; 375 mcg which is 47% nutrient reference value.

Directions

Take: One (1) softgel capsule daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
