Citrus Detox Base Formula Instructions

What You’ll Need (Per Batch – 2 to 4 Days Supply)

·          2-4 rounded teaspoons of the Base Formula

·          1–2 milk thistle tea bags

·          1–2 dandelion tea bags

·          Optional herbal teas: red berry, chamomile, peppermint, rooibos, etc.

·          Optional fresh herbs: mint, parsley, kawakawa leaf, lemon balm, etc.

·          1 liter lukewarm water (you can dilute this to taste later)

·          Generous dash organic apple cider vinegar

·          Generous dash or two of pure New Zealand fulvic

·          Optional: 1 teaspoon to 1 dessert spoon manuka honey

How to Make It

·          Place the citrus detox powder into a pot or large teapot.

·          Add milk thistle and dandelion tea bags (plus any optional teas or herbs).

·          Pour over about 1 litre of lukewarm water.

·          Cover and leave to infuse overnight.

·          In the morning, remove tea bags and herbs if desired. Give it a thorough stir.

·          Add apple cider vinegar and fulvic.

·          Refrigerate immediately.

Optional Honey Addition

To improve flavour and add further health benefits, mix in 1 teaspoon to 1 dessert spoon of good-quality honey, ideally New Zealand manuka. Add to the batch once cooled, or stir into each glass before drinking.

How to Use It

·          Drink over 2 to 4 days.

·          Store in the fridge at all times.

·          Dilute to taste if required.

·          Best taken first thing in the morning, well before breakfast.

·          Can be enjoyed at any time of day.

Important Tip

Don’t sip — gulp it down. The natural acids (citrus and vinegar) can erode tooth enamel if held in the mouth. If sensitive, rinse with clean water afterwards.
