In-person consultations available to clients

Most client interactions are remote — email, video consultation, written reports. Clients who've completed an HTMA test with us and have booked a private consultation can choose to meet Gary in person at the Wellington practice at 15 Heaton Terrace, Brooklyn by appointment.

What's the fastest way to get a question answered?
Email. Most pre-purchase, mid-protocol, and post-report questions get resolved by email within 24–48 hours. No charge for client questions. One-to-one consultations with Gary are reserved for clients post-report — a private booking link is included with your report.
I haven't received my report yet — when should I worry?
Reports typically land 14–21 days from when ARL Laboratories receives your sample. If it's been more than 25 days from your sample arrival at our Wellington address, email us with your order number and we'll chase the lab directly.
I'm an existing client — can I just reply to a previous email?
Yes. Reply to any previous email from us and it'll route correctly. If you don't have a prior email thread, use gary@precisionhealthtesting.com — your contact record will pull up automatically.
Is there a phone number?
Phone is reserved for clients with a booked consultation (Google Meet or in-person at the Wellington practice). For everything else, email is faster and creates a written record both sides can refer back to.
I'm international — same email + same address?
Yes. Email gary@precisionhealthtesting.com; mail samples to the Wellington address. Time-zone differences mean responses may take an additional 24 hours but service is identical to NZ-based clients.
