Practical logistics

Customs, payment, and supplements

The operational questions every international client asks. Answered up front so there are no surprises.

$

Currency & payment

All prices in NZD. Your card provider handles conversion at checkout. No hidden fees from us — what you see is what you pay.

Visa, Mastercard, AmEx via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported in your region.

Customs & duty

Your collection guide is digital — no inbound customs to worry about. PHT does not ship physical kits or supplements internationally, so there are no inbound parcels to clear customs on.

You're responsible for return postage on your sample.

Supplements

Precision Health Testing is a testing and interpretation practice — we don't sell supplements. Where Gary's protocol recommends specific products, sourcing notes are included so you can order them locally or through your existing supplier network.

If you can't source a recommended product in your country, Gary will suggest the closest practitioner-grade equivalent.

Shipping & risk

Your collection guide is digital — emailed instantly, no outbound shipping. Return postage of your sample is your responsibility — tracked or signed-for strongly recommended.

Samples are at your risk in transit until they arrive in Wellington. With us they're at our risk; with ARL they're at ARL's risk per their standard terms.

Country-specific concerns? If you're unsure whether HTMA is legal or practical where you are, email gary@precisionhealthtesting.com with your location before ordering. We'd rather not start than start under unworkable conditions.
Time zones

Email always works. Consults adjust to you.

For client consultations (post-report)

Gary holds slots across most major working hours globally.

Wellington is UTC+12 (UTC+13 during NZ daylight savings). The private booking link sent with each post-report email auto-converts to your local time zone — no maths required.

For email, time zone is irrelevant. Most pre-purchase, mid-protocol, and post-report questions resolve within 24–48 business hours.

What working with us from overseas feels like

International client · Canada

"My GP was sceptical and that's fine — but he read the report carefully and we used it as another input. That's the right way to use it. The whole process was actually easier than booking a specialist locally — I just had to mail an envelope back and Gary handled the rest."

— E.H. · Canadian client · Baseline + Progress bundle

Distance is not a constraint.

Hundreds of clients work with us from outside NZ. Same process — just longer postal legs. Start with the Baseline + Progress bundle or a single Baseline Analysis; the system handles the geography.
