This is the single most important thing you can do right now. Your sampling kit will be dispatched shortly — but Gary cannot interpret your lab results without your full medical, dietary, and lifestyle context. Please complete the questionnaire as soon as possible. It takes 8–12 minutes. Your responses must be on file before your sample is processed at ARL.

From there, dispatch is fast and the rest of the process is hands-off until your report lands.

NZ: 2–4 business days · Intl: same day (digital)Follow the guide. Mail your sample to our Wellington address — pre-paid envelope (NZ) or your own tracked postage (international). We courier to ARL Laboratories USA from there.
When readyARL processes the sample. Gary reviews the lab report and emails your interpretation and protocol — with sourcing notes for any supplements he recommends.
14–21 days from sample arrival at ARLA confirmation email has been sent to the address you provided at checkout. It contains everything you need.
